• How to purchase
To start, just make your selections in our Online Store, and follow the onscreen directions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout, prior to the completion of your order. You will receive an instant order acknowledgement via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and your items are in stock, your jewelry will be shipped. Please note that quantities are subject to availability. We charge your credit card only upon shipping. Shipping and payment options vary, depending on whether you are in or outside the United States. Please see below for more information.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Please allow 3 business days for order processing, Most orders ship immediately depending on merchandise availability. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday. Remember to allow for time in transit, as per your shipping choice. Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, EST, Monday - Friday.
We ship all US orders via UPS Ground (5 – 7 business days). If you would like your order shipped faster, please contact customer service for available options. Please note that UPS DOES NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.

As we are located in New York City, we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders billed or shipped to the State of New York (8.375%). Otherwise there is no tax.
All orders placed through the website are firm, once you complete the checkout process. However, we will do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the date of your order.

Minette reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever. Minette reserves the right to impose a restocking charge of $35.00 for cancelled or returned orders.Your privacy is important. All discounted items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Returns
Minette will accept items for exchange or credit within 7 days of confirmed UPS receipt date. The item must be returned in its original packaging in new, unworn and sellable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. By law, pierced earrings are not returnable. If you received the item as a gift, you are entitled to credit only. No items will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). To obtain and RA#, please send an e-mail to customerservice@shopminette.com and reference your order number. An RA# will be issued via e-mail. Send back your merchandise with the RA# provided. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit notification. We do not accept returns that are not shipped in a box as the jewelry will get damaged during transit. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items. For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Minette is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS Ground within 48 hours. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Shipping & Customs
International orders are sent via UPS. Most deliveries to Europe will arrive within 5-7 business days of package being shipped. Shipments to other countries may take longer. All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the customer. Minette cannot determine the amount in advance, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs house of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order. UPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Minette does not receive any money from customs and import fees.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Minette at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
We are proud to provide you with a quality product that is made to last given the proper care and protection. For damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, we are happy to repair the item for free. In cases where a repair fee is necessary, we make every effort to keep that cost as low as possible. We are, however, not responsible for damage due to negligence, modification or misuse. We DO NOT replace half pairs of earrings.
We will repair services for any design purchased through shopminette.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email customerservice@shopminette.com and request a REPAIR WORK ORDER NUMBER (RWO#).
Upon receipt of your repair, we will email a confirmation and inform you of any repair costs. We require 2-4 weeks to process all repairs. If a fee is involved, payment must be received before we can ship your item.
